All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
European customers can return their products to our UK or DE warehouse, US customer can return their products to our USA warehouse. Customers from other countries will need to send their products to our warehouse in China.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
1. you do not want the product you have received within 14 days (you will receive a full refund less shipping. Because it is health products, can not sell to others again, so this item cannot be returned if it was already opened, need original tags and packaging.)
2. you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
3. you receive the wrong item
4. Products with quality problems: If has any quality problems within 30 days, such as not working, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees
We do not issue the refund if:
1. your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
